SUP along the coast

After a short safety brief you are good to go. The boards come with ancle cuffs that keep the board close to you; paddling vest, wet shoes and oar. Suitable clothes or swim suit is up to you. It is an advantage to dress for the possibility - likelihood if you push yourself - of falling in.

NOK 200kr per hour, minimum of two hours.

For an extra fee you can rent a wetsuit (NOK 200), and/or anchor with rope (NOK 100). The anchor is handy if you wish to lie stationary and meditate for example, and not be moved by the current.
